ghiveci oriental fara carne
Iubesc inceputurile de an. Vin cu ambtii de personal makeover (gen “how to be a better person”), cu rezolutii entuziaste (pinky promise!) sortite clar esecului si cu damblaua dietelor post-sarbatori. De obicei, cam pe la final de ianuarie uitam de toate astea si ne culcushim blazati in noul an, cu vechile noastre obiceiuri. De aia e fun while it lasts, circa trei saptamani asa:) Anyway, daca si voi mancati low fat zilele astea, va propun un pranz bun de tot, fara carne.
E practic un ghiveci pripit, executat pe aragaz din ardei rosu, galben si verde, ceapa, dovlecel, vanata (ar fi mers, eu n-am avut) – astea calite in putin ulei de masline, cu sare, piper, menta uscata, busuioc si paprika. Plus bame si fasole verde din congelator, adaugate dupa ce s-a “inmuiat” tigaia initiala, acoperite cu apa si lasate sa fiarba lejer la foc mic. Cand apa e scazuta si legumele sunt bine patrunse, adaugam o jumatate de conserva de rosii, dregem de sare, piper si mirodenii si tinem pe foc molcom inca vreo 5-10 minute. Rezulta un ghiveci bogat, creamy (pentru ca bamele ingroasa sosul) si very mediteranean, cu miros proaspat de menta si piper abia rasnit.

Wow – ce pofta mi s-a facut! Si oricum, de ce ar vrea cineva carne in ghiveci – e perfect asa! Desi, mie imi e cam frica de bame – nu se fac baloase & disgusting?

ah nu, se fac sort-of-baloase in a good way:))) just don’t overcook them ca sa ajunga terci.

Mi se umpluse gura de apa de la poze si text.
Apoi am citit comentariul blogaritei picante si am decis sa fac ghiveciul asta, ca sa vad daca bamele ies baloase :)))))
